Sist vecka va jag hos läkaren. Ett samtal som förändrade mitt liv!

Detta med psykisk ohälsa är 2018 än tabulagt att prata om. Det är mycke hysh hysh. Många vågar inte prata om det & skyller på att man är tex förkyld istället för att man har en dag med ångest.

Jag har levt med det sen jag va ca 12-13 år då började ångesten & panik ångesten komma smygande. Men det va inte detta som det här inlägget skulle handla om. Utan om mitt läkarbesök på psyk.

Jag känner vissa dagar att jag endast är ett papper med diagnoser på.. migrän, fibromyalgi, ptsd, ångest, panikångest, depression… men vet ni vad. Jag fick ännu en diagnos. Och jag är glad för det! Vilket gör att jag även kan stryka depression på pappret!!!

Bipolär eller manodepressiv som jag tycker är ett bättre namn.

Tydligen skulle jag fått den för 11 år sen när jag blev utredd men läkarna glömde tydligen berätta det då.. ja det är en annan historia. Men Jag är så glad! Det förklarar så mycke! Jag är inte knäpp!

Att jag i perioder kan vara vaken i 3 dygn o ändå va full av energi & så full i ideer & inspiration att jag kommer på så mycke saker. (Har en sån period nu) sen i andra perioder är att komma ut sängen som att bestiga killemanjaro. Båda är väldigt jobbiga när man bor själv med 3 barn. Jag har ju ärligt trott att det är nått allvarligt fel på mej & att bara jag är sånhär. Men nu ska jag få hjälp med att få bli mer stabil. ❤️

Varför berättar jag detta? Jo jag berättar i alla fall lite kortfattat för att jag för det första vill bryta tystnaden, jag vill få förståelse & att jag vill berätta! Varför kan man berätta att man är fysik sjuk utan att någon höjer på ögonbrynen men inte psykisk??

Tänk så många gånger jag får frågan vart får du alla idéer & inspiration ifrån? -öh inte en aning, min hjärna? Men Japp nu vet ni det! & även jag vet! Enda negativa jag kan komma på är att min kropp med fibro inte alls gillar perioderna med mani.

Jag är ju precis samma Jenny som jag va innan du läste detta inlägg. Bara att nu är jag en Jenny som får rätt hjälp!

Jag hoppas att detta inlägg inte avskräcker er från att fortsätta följa mej.

Bra du äntligen fått rätt diagnoser så du kan få rätt hjälp att börja må lite bättre o känna att du få mer kontroll på dig själv så du kan fungera så optimalt som möjligt utöver din situration! O ÄVEN lära mig att släppa på mina egna fruktat höga krav jag har på mig själv o släppa min ångest o oron på vad som kan hända osv…..
